I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

"Your order will be carefully prepared and shipped within 3 to 7 business days, ensuring you receive it in perfect condition. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays."


HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?


  • Average shipping time: 3 to 9 business days.


Please note that circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, holidays, or severe weather) may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" within this timeframe. If the item has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow our return policy upon receipt.


I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you provided an incorrect or auto-filled address, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details or notify us immediately via email. We can correct the address within 24 hours of your notification, provided the order has not yet shipped.


MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship every item with additional padding to ensure safe delivery. However, approximately 1 in 1,000 products may arrive damaged due to mishandling by the postal service. If this happens to you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:


  • Your order number.


  • A picture of the damaged product.
    Once we receive this information, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
